Shipping delays can occur due to ongoing SALES:
  • All orders are shipping from Siauliai, Lithuania (EU) within 1-5 working days of purchase, except if specified otherwise in item description. We ship your orders from Monday to Friday.
  • Please note that some of our shoes are PRE-ORDER. A Shoes of PRE-ORDER items may take up to 14 working days.

Returns

If you want to return something, just email us at info@pirmibatai.lt. Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your received day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Returns:

We do not offer a free returns service, all return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Custom and sales taxes:
Please note that depending on your order and country, on receipt of your order you will be liable to pay local import charges (customs duty, sales tax). Some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted the amount refunded to you.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Refunds:

As soon the return have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued automatically within 10 working days to your credit card or original method of payment less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
